BAS FAST is seeking to appoint a Chief Executive Officer with a strategic vision and extensive experience in managing financial and technology institutions, to lead the company, oversee the implementation of its policies and operational plans, ensure the achievement of its strategic objectives in digital financial transformation, and manage all executive departments in a way that guarantees efficiency, sustainability, and balanced growth of the institution.

It enables individuals and businesses to manage their financial transactions seamlessly and without the need to carry cash, with low fees and reliable services. Key Duties and Responsibilities

– Lead the implementation of the platform’s strategic and operational vision in coordination with the Board of Directors.

– Represent the company before strategic partners, regulatory bodies, and the local community.

– Oversee the implementation of the interim (6-month) business plan to ensure the achievement of operational and technical objectives.

– Build and effectively guide the management team, and promote an institutional work culture based on innovation and compliance.

– Monitor daily operations to ensure balance between financial security, customer satisfaction, and regulatory compliance.

– Lead expansion efforts and integration with payment service providers and digital partnership platforms.

– Submit periodic reports to the Board of Directors on financial, technical, and regulatory performance.

– Oversee internal policies such as KYC, AML, risk management, and customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

* University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Financial Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

* Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing projects or institutions, including at least 2 years in fintech, banking, or digital projects.

* In-depth understanding of digital transformation, e-wallets, and electronic payment systems.

* Strong leadership, decision-making, and crisis management skills.

* Experience dealing with regulatory and supervisory authorities is an added advantage.

* Good knowledge of cloud computing technologies, smart systems, and operations management applications.

* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (Kurdish is an additional asset).

* Flexibility to travel between the platform’s branch centers.
