BAS FAST announces its need to appoint a professional Commercial Manager with a strategic vision and practical experience in marketing, sales, and customer service.

The Commercial Manager will lead and develop the company’s commercial performance and will supervise the following departments:

* Marketing and Public Relations Department
* Sales and Promotion Department
* Customer Service Department (Call Center)
* Service Centers and Agents in different cities

Key Duties and Responsibilities

* Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy in line with growth and expansion objectives.
* Manage marketing campaigns and oversee the performance of sales and marketing teams.
* Develop the network of service centers and work on improving the customer experience.
* Analyze market and customer data to identify expansion opportunities and enhance performance.
* Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational integration.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and achieve the highest standards of service quality.
* Submit periodic reports to the executive management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

* University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in managing marketing, sales, or commercial operations, preferably in the fintech or services sector.
* Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
* Proven experience in developing commercial plans and achieving growth targets.
* Proficiency in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing analytics tools.
* Ability to work under pressure and in a changing environment.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (Kurdish is an additional asset).
* Full-time availability and commitment to transparency and professional confidentiality.
