BAS FAST announces its need to appoint a highly qualified and experienced Finance Manager in the digital financial sector, to lead financial planning, analysis, and internal control, and ensure full compliance with financial and regulatory policies. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the strategic management of the company’s financial affairs, supervising the finance, procurement and warehousing, and accounting teams, and ensuring transparency and efficiency in managing the company’s financial resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Prepare and update annual financial plans, including budget forecasts, expenses, and revenues.
* Manage daily cash flows and monitor disbursements and collections.
* Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations to senior management.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial reports and submit them to management and the Monetary and Payments Office.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow statement).
* Ensure compliance with local and international financial standards.
* Coordinate with the compliance team and legal advisors to ensure the soundness of financial procedures.
* Directly supervise the following departments:

1- Financial Accounting
2- Procurement and Warehouses
3- Financial Affairs of Centers and Halls

Required Qualifications

* University degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred).
* At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in startups or financial/technology companies.
* Proficiency in using financial and accounting software (ERP – Excel – BI tools).
* Excellent understanding of audit reports, financial compliance, and financial transparency principles.
* Ability to work under pressure and make fast, strategic decisions.

Required Skills

* Advanced financial analysis skills.
* Ability to lead a multi-functional finance team.
* Strong communication skills in Arabic and English (Kurdish is an additional asset).
